The community feedback from last fall’s the game testing phase was informative. It validated the promise of a roguelike shooter but made clear we still had improvements to make. It highlighted the necessity for a clearer identity.

It’s been inspiring to see how far you’ve come. You accepted the input to heart and reimagined Project ETHOS with a refreshed direction - one that’s poised to achieve its promise to our audience.

The trust in this project strengthens every day. To boost the remarkable advancement you’ve made, It is a pleasure to introduce the new hire as the incoming Director of 31st Union. After several months of talks, he comes aboard us on next week.

His leadership and expertise in the competitive gaming genre is vast, having dedicated the past decade and a half creating and managing some of the most well-known series in gaming, for example the acclaimed shooter, and most recently, the battle royale hit.
